The Maize Difference: There's only one way to have a menu this fresh. Chef Matt visits several of our 70+ partner farms every day. The ingredients only go on the menu if he and our farmers agree they're at their peak.

Tasting Menus

The night always starts off with our popcorn and biscuits. There's a meat course, a seafood course, a Chef's choice course, and dessert to finish off. We can accommodate nearly all food allergies/dietary restrictions with advance notice.

The director's cut: After popcorn, biscuits, and amuse-bouche, the kitchen sends six seafood/meat courses, followed by a cheese plate and dessert. We can accommodate nearly all food allergies/dietary restrictions with advance notice.
